Job Responsibilities

• Lead and enhance safety inspection procedures across multiple managed sites.
• Guide and train technical teams to identify risks and implement preventive measures.
• Supervise contractors and internal staff to ensure compliance with safety protocols.
• Monitor building systems including MEP, fire protection, and wastewater treatment.
• Respond to technical incidents and support resolution efforts.
• Maintain inspection records and coordinate with relevant departments and vendors.
• Report system performance and suggest improvements to management.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical field.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in building operations or safety management (e.g., Chief Engineer).
• Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving ability.
• Proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD.
• Effective communication in English
