JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for overseeing all operations of the assembly production line.
• Ensure product quality meets company and customer standards.
• Manage, assign, and supervise production line workers to ensure smooth operation.
• Manage and inspect automatic machines and equipment at the beginning of each production shift.
• Report production status, handle issues, and propose process improvements when necessary.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• +3 years of experience in production management.
• Proactive and highly responsible at work.
• Strong team leadership and management skills.
• Able to work under high production pressure.
• Willing to work in shifts.
