We are seeking for experienced IT manager to manage all IT operations at a Japanese company. The role involves managing all infrastructure, security, compliance, and supporting business growth through technology initiatives. 

Job responsibilities: 

• Manage IT department operation comply with IOP/ HO/ Local regulations.

• Periodically conduct review/ audit/ activities to make sure IT infrastructure are update/ enhanced to keep up with technology changes, business development, new regulations.

• Prepare branch IT annual budget

• Develop and implement IT Policy and best practice guides for the bank.

• Identify and act on opportunities to improve and update the bank systems/ operation processes. 

Key requirements: 

• Have more than 10 years of IT experiences, including 5 years in managerial role.

• Strong experience and knowledge of Microsoft Servers, VMware, Cisco Security, LAN/WANT

• Proven records of IT project implementations.

• Fluently communicate in English.

• Bachelor/ Master's degree in IT background.

• Excellent leadership, reporting and problem-solving skills.
