[Finance Manager - Accounting] Global Beverage Company

Job Function Summary (Finance Manager - Financial Accounting)

• Lead financial and accounting operations.

• Reports to the Controllers Senior Group Director.

• Manages a team of 3 staff members.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing (IFRS/JGAAP).

• Review financial reports for internal and external audits.

• Manage compliance with J-SOX requirements related to financial reporting.

• Prepare and provide financial analysis and insights to management.

• Collaborate with FP&A on financial reporting, including P&L and BS variance analysis.

• Oversee overall Balance Sheet (BS) reconciliation.

• Act as a point of contact for and negotiate with external auditors.

Professional Background

• Experience: Proven professional experience (5+ years) in finance and accounting.

• Core Skills:

o Strong knowledge and practical experience in Financial Accounting (IFRS).

o Experience in ERP system operation.

o Proficiency in financial analysis.

o Experience in auditing or closing accounts of Japanese listed companies (Highly

Desirable).

Education & Certifications

• Education: Bachelor's or higher degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related

field.

• Certification: Possesses a JCPA or USCPA/UKCA.
