• Coordinate budgeting processes and support planning activities
• Prepare financial reports and performance analyses
• Monitor actual vs. forecasted results and update projections

• Relevant years of experience in accounting or budgeting
• Controlling experience is a strong advantage
• Bookkeeping Level 2 or equivalent is a plus
• High proficiency in Japanese and business-level English
• Strong analytical and reporting capabilities
