We are seeking a Engineer to support field testing and technical validation for a new, rapidly expanding food delivery service. This role combines onsite testing with technical documentation and partner collaboration

Description

• Plan and conduct field tests at restaurants, retail partners, and other operational sites.
• Document findings with detailed technical reports.
• Support setup and troubleshooting of app and service operations during tests.
• Collaborate with partner businesses to ensure smooth operations and gather technical feedback.
• Assist in maintaining strong, reliable relationships with external partners.

Must-have skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of internet/network technologies (e.g., HTTPS, API calls, communications).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Communication ability in Japanese and English (business level).

Nice-to-have skills:

• Experience in e-commerce, consumer apps, or service testing.
• Knowledge of QA / field operations.
• Additional language skills (Chinese or Korean).
