PR/159605 | Senior Sales Executive (Biomass / Biofuel Division)

A global trading multinational company is hiring a Senior Sales Executive for their Biomass/Biofuel Division. The company is practicing a hybrid working arrangement and their office location is accessible by LRT/MRT/monorail.

Job Description:

• Responsible for sourcing of biomass or biofuel material suppliers in Malaysia (e.g. wood pellet manufacturers, PKS – palm kernel shell producers, used cooking oil etc). 

• Develop understanding and knowledge of the industry and its market to cater to the clients’ demands. 

• Manage own / team’s purchasing and selling portfolio, liaise with logistic / operations, and risk management teams to ensure smooth, profitable operations.

• Ensure trade receivable and payable are all made on time. 

• Participate in entertainment occasions with suppliers and customers; in order to adapt into industry culture, as well as to maintain close relationships and well-being. 

• Liaise with the headquarters in Japan and other subsidiaries under the group such as Singapore, Thailand, and Indonesia. 

Requirements:

• Possess 3 – 5 years of experience in the relevant industry.

• Microsoft Office skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio.

• Possess good communication skills and commitment towards the jobs assigned.

• Possess a valid driver's license. 

• Willing to work and travel to overseas countries as and when necessary
