Malaysia’s premier online shopping platform is seeking a Senior Procurement Executive. This role involves lead and manages procurement activities, ensuring timely sourcing, negotiation, and purchasing of goods and services while maintaining cost efficiency and supplier quality.
- Lead strategic sourcing initiatives within assigned categories, including conducting market analysis, evaluating supplier options, and negotiating contracts.
- Establish, maintain, and strengthen relationships with key suppliers to ensure reliable supply, resolve issues proactively, and foster long term partnerships.
Prepare procurement reports and track KPIs to support decision-making.
Lead, train, and mentor junior procurement staff.
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Procurement, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years in procurement or supply chain, with leadership experience preferred.
Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
Knowledge of sourcing strategies and vendor management.
