OVERVIEW 

This company is one of the largest and most well-known second-hand luxury brand stores in Japan. It was the first second-hand retailer to be listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange. The company began expanding overseas starting in 2013, opening branches in Hong Kong, followed by Shanghai in 2017, Thailand in 2018, and Singapore in 2022. The Singapore branch mainly focuses on luxury brand bags and watches.
 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

-Inspect and assess the value of second-hand luxury goods for purchase
-Perform basic touch-ups and cleaning on acquired items
-Arrange repairs for purchased products when necessary
-Accurately input purchased inventory details into the company’s database system
-Handle customer inquiries both online and offline in a professional manner
 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

-Japanese language skills: Conversational level or above
→ Training will be provided by Japanese staff
-Able to perform steady, meticulous work
-Enjoy communicating with customers
-Proficient in clerical tasks and routine work
 

BENEFITS
