DevOps Engineer @ Logistics, SaaS, DX company

Role:

DevOps Engineer who is passionate about improving infrastructure, enhancing developer workflows, and ensuring secure, stable, and scalable systems.

You’ll be part of the Platform and Security team, which plays a key role in optimizing engineering processes and supporting the deployment of innovative features for our logistics platform.

Responsibilities

• Support the design, development, and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines
• Help automate manual engineering processes to improve efficiency and scalability
• Assist in integrating security best practices across the DevOps lifecycle (DevSecOps)
• Work with infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like Terraform or AWS CDK
• Maintain and improve monitoring, logging, and observability systems (e.g., Datadog, Prometheus)
• Collaborate with software engineers to support infrastructure setup, deployment, and troubleshooting
• Contribute to internal documentation and knowledge sharing
• Participate in incident response and support
• Keep up to date with the latest trends in DevOps and security
• Contribute to open-source projects where applicable

Remote Work: Up to 4 days per week

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in DevOps or Software Engineering
• Proficient in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash, Perl, Awk)
• Experience with IaC tools (e.g., Terraform, CDK)
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins)
• Working knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP)
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration
• Understanding of monitoring tools (e.g., Datadog, Splunk) and metrics platforms (e.g., Grafana, Prometheus)
• Proficient with Git version control
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Clear understanding of the DevOps culture

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in software engineering
• Experience developing web applications
