• Coordinate interviews, meetings, and onboarding with hiring teams
• Manage multiple schedules and projects efficiently
• Update candidate records and verify new hire information
• Communicate with candidates via phone and email
• Track recruitment activities and prepare weekly reports
• Organize post-interview debrief meetings and materials

• Experience in scheduling, HR, or coordination roles
• Experience with MS Office or Google Workspace
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Ability to multitask in a fast-changing environment
• Prior experience as a recruiting coordinator preferred
• Familiarity with Greenhouse or similar ATS preferred
