Key Responsibilities:

• Develop new recipes and food concepts from idea to scale-up.
• Conduct ingredient and flavor research to identify innovative components.
• Design and test prototypes, maintaining detailed documentation of experiments.
• Participate in sensory evaluations and taste panels to gather feedback.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, operations, supply chain).
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and consumer preferences.
• Analyze sensory evaluations and consumer feedback to refine products.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field.
• 3 years of experience in food research and development
• Proficiency in English, both in written and spoken form is mandatory
• Experience in bread and confectionary is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—with the ability to listen actively and articulate ideas clearly.
• Proven ability to lead application and presentation projects.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Passionate about food innovation, with a creative and solution-oriented mindset.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and resolve routine product issues
