Details

Develop and maintain Electrical drawings and detailed 30 models for Electrical services for factory and office, substations using software such as Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks

Interpret architectural and MEP Drawings to make 30 Models.

Perform clash detection and resolve spatial conflicts between Structural, Architectural, and MEP components

Collaborate with other services like civil, structural, Mechanical and Plumbing.

Generate renderings, Section and Elevation drawings.

Understanding of construction methods, codes, and industry standards

Familiarity with BIM 360 or other collaborative project platforms

Preparation of details drawings for Electrical, MEP Coordination.

Desired Candidate

Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, Knowledge of Excel is preferred.

Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings

Ability for Prepare drawings based on LOO 3001400 requirements.

Qualification

ITl or Diploma in Electrical Mechanical draftsman

Autodesk Certified Professional (Revit/AutoCAD/Navisworks} or equivalent
