Role Overview

We are looking to hire an experienced Die Cast Mold Manager to enhance our organizational capabilities and address ongoing challenges in mold maintenance. This role is critical to ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our die casting operations, which currently face technical issues due to mold-related complications.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of die cast mold maintenance and troubleshooting
• Oversee mold design improvements and preventive maintenance strategies
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to optimize mold performance
• Resolve technical issues swiftly to minimize downtime and ensure production continuity
• Maintain detailed records of mold performance, repairs, and modifications
• Train and mentor team members on best practices in mold handling and maintenance

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in die casting mold design, maintenance, and repair

• In-depth technical knowledge of mold systems and their operational challenges

   

• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
