COMPANY OVERVIEW
Our client of boutique law firm in Irvine, CA is seeking an Associate/Senior Attorney.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Represent clients in the following practice areas: trust and estates litigation, family law, estate planning, business transactions, and business litigation.

• Manage cases from start to finish, including propounding/responding to discovery, taking and defending depositions, drafting dispositive motions, and preparing for trial.
• For Senior Associate - Supervise a team of two associate attorneys and four support staff.

REQUIREMENTS

• You are admitted to and in good standing with the CA State Bar.

• You have excellent organization and communication skills, as well as a strong work ethic.
• Associate Attorney: 0-2 years of experience as an attorney.
• Senior Attorney: 5-10 years of experience as an attorney, preferably with experience in supervising a team of attorneys and staff.

SALARY & Benefits

Associate Attorney: USD $100K - $115K (DOE) 

Senior Attorney: USD $140K - $230K (DOE)

Work location: Irvine, CA *Will require a hybrid work schedule of at least 4 days in office per week.
