POSITION TITLE　Network Engineer

POSITION SUMMARY

One of our clients- Global IT company - is looking for Network Engineer.  This position offers a wide scope of responsibilities, ranging from IT infrastructure consulting and project management to the design and operation of network, security, cloud, and telephony systems.

RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Lead and execute IT infrastructure projects including network, security, and cloud services (IaaS/PaaS), ensuring alignment with client business goals and compliance standards.

• Conduct business and technical analysis to develop proposals that enhance operational efficiency and business value.

• Manage full project lifecycle: scope definition, resource allocation, budgeting, scheduling, and stakeholder reporting.

• Design and implement enterprise network systems (Router, Switch, Firewall, SD-WAN, VPN, Wi-Fi, SASE) and optimize WAN performance.

• Engineer and operate security systems including Firewall, IDS/IPS, MFA, NAC, EDR/MDR, Proxy, and Anti-malware solutions.

• Oversee data center operations including colocation and cloud infrastructure management.

   

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree preferred

• Japanese language skills are a plus

• 4–7 years of system engineering experience

• 2–4 years of project management experience

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Strong documentation and reporting abilities

• Deep understanding of TCP/IP and network services

• Solid technical knowledge of system engineering principles

   

LOCATION　Houston, TX Hybrid – minimum 3 days/week in office

SALARY　USD95,000-110,000
