Our client is a leading Japanese supplier of ignition products. They are now seeking an experienced individual for the position of After Market Assistant Sales Executive/ Sales Executive (focused on existing distributor, dealers and aftermarket products). 

Working Location: KL  

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and support aftermarket distributors and dealers to ensure strong sales performance and effective product penetration in assigned territories.

• Conduct regular market visits to understand market dynamics, competitor activities, and point-of-sales trends.

• Develop and implement aftermarket sales campaigns and promotional activities to drive sales growth.

• Build and maintain close relationships with distributors, dealers, and retailers to ensure long-term business collaboration.

• Monitor distributor stock levels and plan replenishment activities to avoid shortages and overstock situations

• Analyze sales performance and provide timely reports on sales achievement, market feedback, and campaign effectiveness.

• Collaborate with marketing, technical, and logistics teams to ensure smooth execution of sales activities.

• Identify new sales opportunities and recommend strategies to improve market share and product visibility.

Job Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.

• 1–3 years of sales experience in automotive aftermarket or related industries preferred.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage distributor relationships.

• Good analytical and reporting skills; able to use data to drive decision-making.

• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and willing to travel within assigned regions.

• Fresh graduates with strong interest in sales will be considered
