Responsibilities

• Design and program new features for network devices such as GPON/EGPON ONT, Gateway Wi-Fi 802.11ac/ax, and device drivers.
• Design, develop, and troubleshoot software errors in network protocols (Layer 2/Layer 3).
• Develop gateway functionality, ensuring flexibility across various aspects without being restricted to specific functions.
• Develop and debug software to address customer-reported issues.
• Provide remote support to resolve international customer issues.

Requirements

• B.Sc./M.S. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong experience in C/C++ development for embedded Linux.
• Extensive knowledge of IP networking with hands-on experience.
• Proficiency in C/C++, TCP/IP, networking, JavaScript, and Shell scripting.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in ONT management development (SNMP, TR-69, configuration files, etc.).
• Hands-on experience in GPON OLT/ONT and EPON ONT development.
• Expertise in GPON OMCI analysis, development, and porting based on ITU-T G.984.3/G.984.4/G.988 standards.
• Knowledge of Wi-Fi 802.11b/g/n/ac/ax and other wireless protocols.
• Experience in WLAN software development, including driver development, firmware, and system-level integration.
• Familiarity with gateway products .
• Experience with OLT and IOP compatibility testing.
