Key Responsibilities:

• Design, conduct, and analyze pharmacological studies (both in vitro and in vivo) to evaluate the efficacy and mechanism of action of novel antibody-based therapies.

• Lead antibody screening efforts for drug discovery projects, ensuring rigorous evaluation of candidate molecules.

• Analyze and interpret complex data sets, generating clear and concise reports and presentations.

• Mentor junior researchers and research associates, providing scientific guidance and fostering their professional development.

• Propose new drug discovery projects, contributing to the strategic direction of the research pipeline.

• Draft publication and patent applications, in collaboration with IP specialists, to protect and disseminate novel research findings.

   

Qualifications:

• Ph.D. in Pharmacology, Life Sciences, or a related field.

• Minimum 1-3 years of proven experience in a pharmaceutical or biomedical research environment, with a strong emphasis on drug discovery and pharmacology.

• Proven experience in hands on execution and data analysis of pharmacology studies (both in vitro and in vivo)

• Strong background in molecular biology techniques (e.g., generation of stable cell lines with overexpression/knockdown/knockout, PCR, qPCR, Western blotting, and ELISA).

• Hands-on experience with laboratory techniques and data analysis software (e.g., Graphpad Prism, Excel).

   

• Expertise in antibody drug discovery is a significant advantage.

• Demonstrated expertise in molecular or cell biology as evidenced by projects, presentations, or peer-reviewed scientific publications.
