• As the Product Manager for our internal HCM system, you will be responsible for the solution of the HCM system used globally.

職務内容

• グローバルHCMシステムの開発、導入、運用をビジネスニーズに合うように管理する
• ビジネスとIT部門や他の関連部門との調整を行う
• ユーザーからのフィードバックを収集し、改善策を提案する
• 内部のステークホルダーとの関係を維持、そして強化する
• 技術的な要件をビジネスソリューションとして提案する

• Manage the development, implementation and operation of the global HCM system to align with business needs
• Coordinate with business and IT departments and other relevant departments
• Collect user feedback and propose improvement measures
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with internal stakeholders
• Propose technical requirements as business solutions

• Fluent in Japanese and English
• Experience in managing and implementing HCM systems such as Workday.
• Experience in pre-sales
• Experience in translating technical requirements into actionable solutions
