Description

• Drive end-to-end project delivery across the full SDLC, including financial planning, resource allocation, vendor management, and requirements definition.
• Establish project steering committees and secure stakeholder alignment through well-defined charters.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver outcomes on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Act as Scrum Master for Agile projects and ensure governance for Waterfall initiatives.
• Identify and mitigate risks, supporting Directors in portfolio-level risk assessments.
• Ensure smooth project closure, including operational handover, retrospectives, and financial reconciliation.

• 10+ years in IT, including 5+ years in project management.
• Proven ability to lead complex, high-impact projects.
• Skilled in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience mentoring and coaching junior team members.
• Business-level Japanese and English proficiency.
• PMP certification preferred.
