Position Summary:

We are seeking a technically skilled and detail-oriented Event Management IT Engineer to support the planning, deployment, and operational success of IT and AV infrastructure during corporate events, conferences, hybrid meetings, and live productions. This role requires a strong understanding of IT systems, networking, AV technologies, and real-time troubleshooting in high-pressure environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with event organizers, internal stakeholders, and third-party vendors to gather technical requirements.
• Design, set up, and manage IT and AV infrastructure for events including internet connectivity, Wi-Fi, video conferencing systems, live streaming equipment, and sound systems.
• Provide on-site or remote IT support during events to ensure smooth execution and immediate issue resolution.
• Configure and manage platforms such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, WebEx, or webinar systems.
• Set up and monitor streaming software and hardware (e.g., OBS, vMix, cameras, encoders).
• Ensure proper integration of AV systems with IT infrastructure (e.g., projectors, microphones, LED walls).
• Coordinate with the IT and Facilities teams to prepare venues and ensure power, cabling, and network readiness.
• Manage event-specific IT assets and maintain inventory of hardware.
• Perform post-event analysis and reporting, including technical performance, issue logs, and recommendations for improvements.
• Maintain documentation related to event setups, configurations, and SOPs.

主な業務内容：

• イベント主催者、社内関係者、外部ベンダーと連携し、技術要件のヒアリング・調整を行う

• インターネット接続、Wi-Fi、ビデオ会議システム、ライブ配信機材、音響機器などのIT・AVインフラの設計、構築、管理

• イベント当日のオンサイトまたはリモートによるITサポートを提供し、円滑な進行と即時対応を実現

• Zoom、Microsoft Teams、WebEx などのプラットフォームやウェビナーシステムの設定および管理

• OBS、vMix、カメラ、エンコーダーなどの配信ソフトウェアおよびハードウェアの設定・監視

• プロジェクター、マイク、LEDウォール等のAV機器とITインフラとの統合管理

• IT・ファシリティ部門と連携し、**会場の準備（電源、配線、ネットワークなど）**をサポート

• イベントで使用するIT機材の管理・在庫管理

• イベント後の技術的なパフォーマンス分析、課題の記録、改善提案のレポート作成

• イベント設営・構成・手順書などの関連ドキュメントの作成・更新

Required Qualifications:

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, AV Technology, or related field.
• Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience in IT support, AV setup, or event technology roles.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in IT infrastructure setup, including LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, firewalls, and VPNs.
• Working knowledge of AV technologies (mixers, microphones, cameras, switchers, speakers, etc.).
• Experience with video conferencing and streaming platforms (Zoom, Teams, WebEx, OBS, vMix, etc.).
• Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, macOS), and networking protocols.
• Understanding of event-specific needs such as redundant connections, failover systems, and latency management.
• Basic scripting or automation knowledge is a plus.

Soft Skills:

• Strong communication and coordination abilities across technical and non-technical teams.
• High attention to detail and the ability to manage logistics under pressure.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, especially in live environments.
• Professional presence and ability to interact with executive-level stakeholders.

Additional Requirements:

• Flexibility to work outside regular business hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, or holidays, based on event schedules.
• Willingness to travel to offsite venues as required.
• Ability to lift and move technical equipment (up to 25kg) during setup/teardown.

Preferred Certifications (Nice to Have):

• CompTIA Network+, CTS (Certified Technology Specialist), AVIXA, or similar.
• Microsoft 365 Certified / Zoom Certified Integrator.

• Windows、macOS などのオペレーティングシステムおよびネットワークプロトコルに関する知識

• イベント特有の要件（冗長接続、フェイルオーバー構成、遅延管理など）への理解

• 基本的なスクリプト作成や自動化ツールの知識があれば尚可

ソフトスキル：

• 技術系・非技術系チームと連携できる高いコミュニケーション能力と調整力

• 細部への注意力と、プレッシャー下でのロジスティクス管理能力

• 特にライブ環境における優れたトラブルシューティング力と問題解決能力

• プロフェッショナルな対応力と、経営層との円滑なコミュニケーション能力

その他の条件：

• イベントスケジュールに応じて、早朝・夜間・週末・祝日の勤務が可能であること

• 必要に応じて会場（オフサイト）への出張対応が可能であること

• 最大25kg程度の技術機材の持ち運びや設置・撤去作業が可能であること
