Client Reporting Manager

The client reporting specialist will prepare and submit various reports and RFPs for Japanese clients as well as creating materials for various reports and RFPs, as well as creating materials for prospective clients and consultants.
Equally importantly, you are expected to contribute to the team by raising the efficiency of the daily tasks through automation and outsourcing. This will mean liaising with other offices and you will need to approach your work with a sense of proactivity.

• The client reporting specialist will create various reports and RFPs for Japanese clients as well as creating materials for various reports and RFPs, as well as creating materials for prospective clients and consultants.
• Equally importantly, the person must contribute to the team by raising the efficiency and productivity of the day-to-day workload through automation and outsourcing. This will mean liaising with other offices and you will need to approach work with a sense of proactivity.
• This role will have no direct reports.

• Client reporting or client services experience within the asset management industry preferred. Securities experience industry is also fine as long as the candidate is well versed of ths asset management industry.
• Native level Japanese and business level English (English is used frequently in this role)
• Project management/process optimisation experience is preferred but not required
