Key Responsibilities:

• Lead QC/QA operations and ensure compliance with industry and Japanese quality standards.
• Oversee quality control in construction machinery manufacturing
• Conduct welding quality assessments and enhance welding processes for optimal performance.
• Collaborate with Japanese stakeholders to maintain seamless communication and quality expectations.
• Guide and mentor junior QC team members, supporting team expansion.
• Travel to Japan (1-2 times per year) to deepen understanding of Japanese-level quality.

Required Experience & Skills:

• 5-8 years of experience in QC/QA roles within the manufacturing sector.
• Work experience in a Japanese company.
• Strong knowledge of quality control in construction machinery.
• Expertise in welding processes and related quality assurance.
• Ability to lead, mentor, and expand the QC team.
