PR/095911 | Senior Sales Manager

Our client in the consumer electronics and IT peripherals is looking to hire a senior sales manager. This role will be responsible for developing sales strategies across products and distribution channels, with a planning horizon ranging from 6 months to 3 years. 

Job Responsibilities: 

• Drive sales growth and achieve margin and profitability targets across product lines.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to expand market share through major retail channels.
• Build, negotiate, and strengthen relationships with key retail partners.
• Plan and implement promotional campaigns and events to boost brand visibility and sales.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with business goals

Job Requirements: 

• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in sales management, preferably within the consumer electronics, home appliances, or IT peripherals sectors.
• Proven experience in leading and managing small to mid-sized teams.
