Description

• Lead QA activities across the full software development lifecycle
• Build, maintain, and execute test plans (manual and automated)
• Mentor and guide QA engineers to improve overall team capability
• Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure quality delivery
• Proactively identify and implement process improvements for testing efficiency

Job Offer

• Contract Type: Long-term dispatch (派遣契約) with strong potential for permanent conversion
• Salary: Up to ¥7M (depending on experience)
• Location: Tokyo (hybrid model, typically 1 day remote per week)

• Proven experience in QA Engineering (manual + automation)
• Hands-on experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Playwright, etc.)
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional, international teams
• Japanese proficiency: Business level (JLPT N2 preferred, N3 welcome)
• English proficiency: Business level
