Key Requirements:

• 1. Leadership: PROVEN leadership experience with a DESIRE to lead and motivate those around you!
• 2. Experience: 3+ years experience in SaaS development as a software engineer (Go, Typescript, React)
• 3. Languages: fluent-level Japanese (N1)
