Requirements

•  3+ years of experience in end to end  Project Management 
• Software development life cycle expertise
• Native or fluent Japanese (N1 level) together with business level English skills
• Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or Computer Science
• Excellent communication skills / ability to collaborate with stakeholders across all levels

Bonus points if you have

• Automotive experience
• Consulting experience
• Extra qualifications ( PMP, Prince2 , MBA , Doctorate ) 
• Have worked with  cloud-based solutions (e.g. AWS , GCP ) 
• Served as a Scrum Master, ideally in large agile projects or scaled frameworks
