TA:

• Partner with managers to understand hiring needs and plan strategies
• Manage the full recruitment cycle (sourcing, screening, interviews, offers)
• Source candidates via job boards, social media, networking, and referrals

HR Operations

• Support onboarding and orientation for new hires
• Handle employee relations
• Maintain HR records
