Account Manager or Presales - Japanese IT company

Business: Japanese IT Company

Company Location: Brussels

Salary: Up to 70,000 EURO

Office working: 3 days /week

Job description:

• Be the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to designated accounts: overseeing customer activities
   
• Reach Sales targets/budget
• Generate new leads, increase volume of sales for assigned accounts
• Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationship
• Understand and report customer satisfaction, expectations, needs/future plans
• Network inside the our global group to promote our new & existing business solutions
• Understand the client's requirements and help to create tailor-made replicable/scalable proposals and solutions

   

Requirements: 

• Experience of account manager or presales or any other similar role. (Ideally Enterprise IT company or consulting company)

• Business level of English and Japanese

• Team player

• Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize

• Autonomous and stress
• Proactive and problem solving mindset
