PR/109603 | Assistant Manager – Machine maintenance{Gujarat}

Job description:

• Develop and execute preventative maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and ensure the longevity of the machines

• Maintain and repair the electrical components of the machines, including safety guarding

• Conduct quality checks and ensure that the machines are producing parts that meet quality standards

• Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures related to the operation and maintenance of machines & equipment’s

• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts replacements

Basic requirements:

• Diploma/bachelor’s in electrical engineering or related field

• Adherent to automation.

• At least 6-8 years industrial experience in automotive background

• Familiar with AUTOCAD, CATIA/SOLIDWORKS design software

• Hands-on experience in machine maintenance, repairs, problem-solving techniques and machining operations 

• Injection molding process knowledge is added advantage

• Can be able to understand engineering drawings and associated tolerances

• Gujarati/Hindi and English language proficiency 

• Knowledge in ISO 9001,14001, IATF & MS Office

• Willing to work in shifts (not mandatory)

• Able to travel overseas for training or assignments if required
