???? What You’ll Be Doing:

• Collaborate closely with the Project Manager to oversee site operations and provide technical support.
• Interpret and ensure construction drawings comply with the latest BCA codes and regulations.
• Supervise site progress and ensure timely delivery of works from subcontractors and suppliers.
• Manage subcontractors and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Conduct regular site inspections and enforce internal safety and quality standards.
• Attend site meetings and assist in preparatory work.
• Liaise with government agencies to secure necessary permits and clearances.
• Take on ad-hoc duties as assigned by superiors.

???? What We’re Looking For:

• Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Building Science, Building Management, Building Services Engineering, or Construction Management.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in HDB BTO projects or similar building construction projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, BIM software (e.g., Revit), and Microsoft Project.

• Strong communication and coordination skills.
