A prominent pharmaceutical company is seeking a highly driven Product Manager to join their vibrant team and play a key role in managing and growing the assigned pharmaceutical product portfolio.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and execute product strategies that align with the company’s overall business objectives.
• Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from development through launch, ensuring alignment with market demands and regulatory standards.
• Collect and analyze feedback from customers, sales teams, and healthcare professionals to continuously enhance product offerings.
• Support and train the sales team, while evaluating product performance, customer insights, and sales trends to guide future strategic decisions.
• Track and assess the financial performance of the product portfolio, including revenue, costs, and overall profitability.

Job Requirements

• Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business, Marketing or a related field.
• At least 3 year(s) of experience in product management, brand management, or related roles within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Prior experience in a therapeutic area relevant to O&G or Orthopaedics is essential.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
