Description
- oversee entire retail recruitment cycle
- build pipelines and deep networks of diverse talent
- help to foster a culture of inclusive recruitment practices
- partner closely with leadership, hiring managers and HR colleagues on hiring strategies, people movement and pipeline management
- identify recruitment gaps and provide solutions with tools, skills and best practices to enhance the recruitment experience

スキル・資格
A successful Talent Partner should have:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition
- retail or customer focused industry experience preferred
- track record of success with a variety of recruiting methods, including direct sourcing, social recruiting and classic techniques
- stakeholder management ability with internal and external counterparts
- experience working with technology tools related to applicant tracking systems and candidate databases
- ability to speak fluently in Japanese with business level English
- core values of connection, fun, inclusion and courage
