PR/123172 | Sales Engineer Support

Responsibilities:
1. Perform after sales activities working together with Japan HQ to make quotation, process order, and inform delivery for spare parts.
2. Support service team for trouble shooting bridging Japan HQ engineer and local engineer.
3. Support Japanese engineer as translator during installation machine.
4. Perform marketing activities for new prospective customer.
5. Improve mutual understanding of the Group Company and the customers by being intermediate communicator in Indonesian, Japanese or English.
6. Other duties as assigned by superior.

Requirements:
1. Able to speak and written in Japanese min N2 (or N3 + good in practical Japanese language).  
2. Able to speak English.
3. Graduated min High school from any major (Engineering electrical, mechanical, chemistry major will be advantage).
4. Understanding drawing.
5. Have experience at Japanese company in Indonesia or any experience work in Japan in the machine industries, Min. 2 years as sales engineer/support.
6. Hold SIM. A (car driving license).
7. Team Work, Good Communication and build good relation.
8. Good at MS Office (PPT, word, excel, email).
9. Have intention for long term career experience (intention to develop career for long term).
10. Possibility of training in Japan for 1-2 months
