Roles and Responsibilities: 

1) RFQ & Quotation Analysis and Preparation

• Comparison of BOP part costs: existing vs. new
• Maker Layout (ML) confirmation and margin cost analysis
• Understanding and application of FOB norms

2) Drawing Review & Process Knowledge

• Drawing study and feasibility confirmation with Purchase/Supplier
• Specification change analysis: existing vs. new
• Knowledge of drawing revision process and handling

3) Strong Customer & Internal Coordination and Communication Skills

• Effective communication to resolve issues in any situation
• Experience in CFT (Cross-Functional Team) review meetings
• Proactive planning and coordination skills

4) BOM Analysis & Basic QDC Experience

• BOM analysis and comparison, including change point identification
• Proactive approach to identifying challenges and next steps
• QDC (Quality, Delivery, Cost) review and comparison

5) Schedule Management for Customer/Internal & Export Communication

• Schedule alignment between customer and internal teams
• Proactive approach to challenge resolution and action planning
• LOI (Letter of Intent) confirmation with customer and internal stakeholders

  Skilled in managing end-to-end project activities, including packaging and shipping operations.
