This is a Construction Management Assistant position at construction sites.
Your mission will be to support overall management and help create a safe and efficient work environment!

【 Main Responsibilities 】

• Schedule Management → Oversee and manage construction timelines

• Quality Control → Check consistency with drawings and specifications

• Safety Management → Ensure zero accidents and strict safety compliance

• Photo Documentation → Take and organize site photos

• Paperwork → Prepare daily reports, estimates, and related documents
  (Some projects may also involve using CAD software for drawings)

【 Types of Construction Projects 】

• Architectural Work → Residential buildings, commercial facilities, retail stores, etc.

• Civil Engineering Work → Roads, tunnels, rivers, and other non-building projects

• Facility Work → HVAC, plumbing, and other building systems

• Electrical Work → Electrical facilities and installations

【Required Qualifications】

• Basic computer skills (data entry level)

• Strong communication skills

• Japanese language proficiency equivalent to JLPT N2

【Preferred / Nice to Have】

• Driver’s license (not mandatory)

• Holder of an Engineer/Specialist in Humanities/International Services visa (not mandatory)

• Graduate of an architecture or civil engineering program (not mandatory)

• Candidates with the above visa or academic background will receive additional consideration during the selection process. However, applications are welcome even without these qualifications.
