【英語を活かす】FP&Aコントローラー/ FP&A Controller

A global manufacturing company is looking for an FP&A Controller. The selected candidate will drive financial planning, analysis, and reporting to support strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities:

• Lead business planning, forecasting, and long-range financial strategies
• Monitor and analyse costs, working capital, headcount, R&D, and CAPEX performance
• Manage balance sheet budgeting and reconcile net sales and profits
• Deliver monthly forecasts and variance analysis
• Compile and present reports for both headquarters and local management
• Control project costs, monitor market trends, and analyse cost variances

Requirements:

• More than 3 years of experience in financial and accounting capacity in a global company
• More than 2 years of experience in accounting and cost or variance analysis, planning and budgeting with emphasis on operations related accounting
• Experience in SAP is a plus
• Proficient in MS Office Suite is preferred
• Knowledge of IFRS and Japan GAAP is ideal
• Skilled in business analysis to assess needs and identify solutions
• Proficient in written and verbal English and Japanese
