We are looking for a Technical Sales Manager (Welding Consumables) to drive business growth by promoting and selling high-quality welding consumables to clients across various industries.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Engineering or a related field
• Fluent in English (as you will report directly to an expatriate)
• Minimum 3 years of proven success in driving sales and achieving targets for welding consumables
• A valid driving license

Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities by reaching out to potential clients of welding consumables in Indonesia
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, demonstrations, and product trainings to customers, ensuring a clear understanding of the benefits
• Negotiate and close deals, including pricing, delivery, and payment terms
• Maintain regular communication with existing clients, addressing their needs and concerns, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
