JAC is working with a client in the healthcare technology industry, and they are hiring for an Application Support Specialist position. 

Job Description
- Provide product application and engineering support for diagnostic and patient monitoring solutions.
- Support customers and the sales team with product-related requirements and inquiries.
- Plan and deliver regular product updates and training to customers.
- Consult on product configuration, solutions, and applications for clinicians, doctors, and biomedical professionals.
- Conduct product demonstrations and educate customers on the features and benefits of the products.
- Assist the sales manager with projects and tender specifications to ensure compliance with requirements.
- Provide end-user training, including planning schedules and preparing training materials.
- Support project delivery and installation, including product settings and configuration.
- Offer technical and service support, including warranty and post-warranty services, preventive maintenance, and product servicing.

Qualifications
- At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in the medical device business.
- Experience with patient monitoring, cardiology, or ventilator-related products preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in science or engineering preferred.
- Excellent communication skills for effective product presentations and troubleshooting.
