One of the leading travel agencies is looking for a motivated Junior HR Business Partner with a professional yet creative mindset and a strong drive for personal and career growth.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Partner with business leaders to support HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Assist in talent acquisition, onboarding, and workforce planning.
  Support employee relations, performance management, and career development initiatives.
• Coordinate training programs and employee engagement activities.
• Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to improve HR processes.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
• Collaborate with regional/global HR teams on projects and best practices

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in an HR Generalist or HRBP support role, preferably in a dynamic or customer-facing industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Creative thinker with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

   

  Passion for travel and people-focused work is a plus.
