JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and participate in quality planning initiatives using advanced tools such as FMEA, control plans, and reliability principles to ensure product requirements are met or exceeded.

• Develop and maintain quality control systems, conduct internal and external audits, and manage supplier quality performance.

• Drive continuous improvement in products, processes, and cost efficiency through structured problem-solving and data analysis.

• Collaborate with quality team to resolve defined issues and provide engineering support.

• Design and deliver quality training programs across organizational functions to enhance awareness and capability.

• Facilitate process improvement activities using Lean tools and methodologies, including Kaizen events and value stream mapping.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Possesses Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Engineering or Applied Science in relevant discipline.

• Preferably with at least 5 years of working experience in Quality Engineering role in Manufacturing industry.

   

• Knowledgeable in problem solving approaches and quality tools (e.g. Control Plan, FMEA, 8D, CAPA, FAI, SPC etc.).
• Good knowledge in ISO9001, ISO14001, certification in ASQ CQE would be a plus.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
