Job Responsibilities

• Installation, commissioning, customer training and preventive maintenance of company instrumentation.

• Using various strategies and tools to provide effective solutions to customers' concerns.

• Communicating with clients, engineers, and other technicians to ensure that services are delivered effectively.

• Promptly following up on service requests and providing customer feedback.

• Monitoring equipment and machinery performance and developing preventative maintenance measures.

• Conducting quality assurance and safety checks on all equipment.

• Delivering demonstrations to ensure that customers are educated on safe and effective equipment use.

• Writing reports and presenting findings to Managers and Supervisors on a regular basis.
  
  
  Job Requirements

• Possess education level of Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree

• At least 3 to 4 year's experience in related field

   

• Electronic Engineering or Instrumentation

   

• Electronic skills

   

• Clear communication with team members and clients

   

• Knowledge of computer software and hardware

   

• Problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking

   

• Organizational skills and tasks management

   

• Attention to detail.

   

• Excellent verbal and written communication
