PR/159397 | SENIOR RELATIONSHIP MANAGER (BANKING)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: -

• Responsible to drive sales and marketing efforts, build strong client relationships, and ensure sound credit management. 

• The role involves preparing and evaluating credit proposals, monitoring loan servicing, and safeguarding the bank’s interests through effective risk management. 

• Cross-selling initiatives, stay updated on market trends, and ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies. 

• A strong understanding of legal and compliance requirements is required, along with the ability to manage compliance risks in daily operations. 

• This position also includes supporting ad-hoc tasks from senior management and contributing to the department’s overall success.

JOB REQUIREMENTS: -

• Degree in finance, banking, accounting, or any related field

• Obtained professional credit certifications like PCC, CCE, or BCP will be added advantage. 

• Minimum  8- 12 years of experience in corporate banking, with strong credit and marketing knowledge and a solid understanding of regional business dynamics. 

• Candidate with good exposure in FI or capital markets/syndications will be added advantage

• A results-driven mindset, strong business acumen, and customer-focused approach are essential.
