A reputable construction company dedicated to delivering top-tier interior fit-out and construction projects throughout Vietnam. 

• Lead and manage interior design and construction projects from concept to completion.

• Coordinate with Japanese and local staff to ensure smooth communication and execution.

• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets.

• Liaise with clients to understand requirements and provide regular updates.

• Manage procurement of materials, including Japanese and local furniture and fittings.

• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

• Supervise on-site activities and resolve issues promptly.

• Prepare project documentation and reports.

   

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or related field.

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in project management in interior design or construction.

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

• Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office.

• Fluent in English; Japanese or Vietnamese language skills are a plus.

• Experience working with international teams or Japanese clients is preferred.
