Description

This role has opened to strengthen leadership across sales and service functions.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Leading sales of high-value packaging machinery and related solutions
  • Managing and mentoring the service team to ensure high-quality aftersales support
  • Conducting site visits, evaluating customer needs, and presenting technical proposals
  • Coordinating with global teams for pricing, customization, and technical support
  • Using CRM tools to manage pipeline activity and reporting
  • Participating in trade shows, exhibitions, and marketing campaigns

  • Native-level Japanese and business-level English
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and MS Office
  • Familiarity with Japanese business etiquette and B2B industries
