Job Overview: Looking for Site managers who have strong experience in implementing end-to-end industrial projects at construction sites. 

Job Location: Neemrana, Rajasthan

Job Responsibilities:

• Ability to understand drawings
• Experience in PEB & RCC building works
• Experience in factory/industrial building & interior work
• Knowledge of RCC and finishing works
• Ability to prepare weekly/monthly/micro schedules
• Capability to handle projects independently
• Knowledge of rebar, formworks, sheeting works
• Understanding of project quality plans and implementation
• Familiarity with construction safety norms
• Knowledge of IS codes

• Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering (full time regular course) from a reputed institute with 10 – 15 years’ experience into construction projects
• Must have experience working into industrial construction projects
• Should have good knowledge of using MS Excel/MS Word etc. 
• Should be able to communicate (write/read/speak) in English 
• Good communication/presentation skills with clients, subcontractors, and staff
• Ready for relocation to Bawal as well
