An established EMS company, seeking talented individuals with an innovative mindset to join their Engineering team. 

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for setting directions and drive all aspects of the factory operations to 
  achieve organizational objectives.
• Prepare and implement comprehensive business plans to facilitate achievement by 
  planning cost-effective operations and market development activities.
• One of the key members responsible for the site P&L and spearheading all high-level 
  operational initiatives and providing leadership to Penang team.
• Provide crucial support to site GM and other senior executives/directors in all aspects 
  of business and employee growth through strategic and operational planning guidance
• Ensuring all required infrastructure and support services are in place.
• Work closely with the global management team and lead the cross matrix functional team
• Directs all customer activities and addresses their concerns and needs.

Job Requirements

• Possess min of Bachelor’s Degree / Master and above
• At least 8 to 10 years of senior managerial role position in manufacturing industry
• Excellent analytical and communications capability
• Strong in program management background (Prefer in EMS environment)
• Independent, meticulous and analytical
• Good interpersonal, communication and organization skills
