Senior QA Engineer@ Leading Global Fintech Company

Randstad, partnered with a leading global fintech company, is seeking a highly skilled and bilingual Senior automation QA engineer, this role requires collaboration with Android, iOS, and server developers, product and design teams to create test plans and execute them to ensure quality delivery. You will invent creative ways to reproduce "hard to reproduce" customer issues in-house to help improve the user experience.

■ Key Responsibilities

● Design and develop QA strategies for the Android and iOS mobile apps.

● Ensure the overall quality of the mobile companion apps on the Android and iOS platforms.

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, product, and design to create and execute test plans.

● Develop innovative solutions to enhance testing coverage and effectiveness, including non-standard automation tools.

● Contribute actively to the development and maintenance of automation frameworks and scripts.

● Assist in debugging and resolving customer issues by reproducing complex scenarios in-house.

■ Skills, experience, qualifications and knowledge

Mandatory

● 5+ years of experience in testing Mobile App Software QA deployed to the Apple and Google App stores.

● 5+ years of demonstrated ability to build test plans, define testing strategies, and identify high-risk areas.

● 3+ years of experience with UI Automator, Selenium, Cypress, Appium, or other UI automation frameworks.

● 4+ years of experience with Continuous Integration process and tools (e.g., Github, Jira, Jenkins).

Preferred

● 5+ years of experience testing mobile POS or payment apps.

● 5+ years of scripting experience (e.g., Python, shell scripting).

● 3+ years of experience using robots in conjunction with automation tools.

● 6+ years of experience in championing quality practices within a team or organization.

● 4+ years of experience in testing power/performance.
