Responsibilities:

• Manage the month-end close process and day-to-day accounting operations
• Work closely with the sales team to build out processes and improve workflow
• Manage the FP&A budget to actual process for the Japan office
• Collaborate with the Director of Finance to determine task distribution within the team
• Oversee banking processes and set up payments for vendors and employees, including payroll
• Revamp the procurement policy for adoption within the Japan office

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• More than 5 years of experience in accounting and FP&A
• Proven experience managing accounting operations and financial planning & analysis
• Skilled in using MS Dynamics 365 or similar financial systems
• Professional level Japanese; proficient in English
